Week 1 showed a clear split between score-level decline and physiological resilience. Compared with the Week 0 baseline, Overall Score, Quality Score, Recovery Score, Duration Score, total sleep, and sleep stress all moved in the wrong direction. But deep sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, and restless moments improved versus baseline. This suggests the body was under adaptation pressure rather than simple sleep deterioration.
