Sleepgenic Reports · November 23, 2025 — April 17, 2026

Baseline — November 23, 2025 to April 17, 2026

Week 0 establishes the Sleepgenic baseline profile: a median sleep reference window from 11/23/2025 through 4/17/2026. This baseline is not a performance judgment. It is the starting reference layer for interpreting future weekly sleep reports across score behavior, sleep structure, autonomic recovery, stress load, and restlessness.

Week 0 serves as the baseline reference period for Sleepgenic Weekly Reports. The purpose of this report is to establish a stable median profile before weekly interpretation begins.

Across the baseline window, the median Overall Score was 67.5, with a Quality Score of 74.0, Recovery Score of 75.5, and Duration Score of 72.0. These values create the primary scoring benchmark for future weekly comparisons.

The sleep architecture baseline showed 1.25 hours of deep sleep, 0.81 hours of REM sleep, and 5.99 hours of total sleep. This establishes the structural reference for assessing whether future weeks are producing more restorative depth, better REM continuity, or simply longer sleep without proportional recovery.

The autonomic baseline showed a median HRV of 35.0 ms and resting heart rate of 65.0 bpm. These values are important because Sleepgenic does not treat sleep scores alone as the full truth. Weekly reports will compare surface-level scores against deeper physiological signals to determine whether the body is recovering, adapting, or carrying unresolved stress.

The baseline stress profile showed Sleep Stress of 17.2 and 44.0 restless moments. These markers provide the reference layer for identifying whether future weeks reflect true recovery, disrupted sleep, training load, environmental stress, or adaptation pressure.

This baseline is intentionally simple. It does not attempt to over-explain the past. Its role is to create the measurement floor for everything that follows. Future Sleepgenic Weekly Reports will be interpreted against this Week 0 profile to determine whether each week is moving above, below, or away from the established baseline.
