Week 12 — July 11–17, 2026

Week 12 recorded a full seven-night recovery rebound after the Triple Summit trip. Overall Score rose to 74.4, Recovery Score to 80.3, REM to 1.21 hours, total sleep to 7.55 hours, resting heart rate improved to 63.1 bpm, Sleep Stress fell to 15.8, and SpO2 returned to 95.4%. HRV remained slightly below baseline at 33.6 ms and restlessness stayed elevated. Sleepgenic classifies Week 12 as systemic rebound with residual autonomic and fragmentation lag.

Week 12 is the first complete seven-night window after the Triple Summit road trip, and it shows a broad recovery rebound. Unlike Weeks 9–11, coverage is complete, so every weekly mean is based on seven observed nights.

Overall Score rose to 74.4, Recovery Score to 80.3, and Quality Score to 77.0. REM climbed to 1.21 hours, total sleep averaged 7.55 hours, resting heart rate improved to 63.1 bpm, Sleep Stress fell to 15.8, and SpO2 returned to 95.4%. The score, architecture, stress, and oxygen layers all reversed the Week 10–11 deterioration.

The strongest night, July 11, produced an Overall Score of 90 with balanced deep and REM sleep of 1.62 hours each. The week also included the July 12 Mount Baldy field session. The following sleep record remained stable: Overall Score 78, 1.40 hours of REM, resting heart rate 62 bpm, and Sleep Stress 17.1. That suggests the familiar home-terrain load was absorbed differently from the accumulated altitude-and-travel sequence.

The rebound was strong but not perfectly complete. HRV averaged 33.6 ms, still below the 35.0-ms historical baseline and well below the strongest pre-trip weeks. Restless moments averaged 52.9, above the baseline of 44.0. Those two signals suggest residual autonomic and continuity lag beneath otherwise recovered scores.

Sleepgenic classifies Week 12 as systemic rebound with residual autonomic and fragmentation lag. Recovery was not merely a higher score: REM, total sleep, resting heart rate, sleep stress, and SpO2 all moved in the same favorable direction. HRV and restlessness prevent an overstatement of full normalization.

The four-week travel arc is now legible: transition strain in Week 9, duration–recovery divergence during the summit block in Week 10, the accumulated-load trough in Week 11, and broad rebound after returning home in Week 12. This is a longitudinal pattern, not a causal proof.
