Week 11 — July 4–10, 2026

Week 11 captured the Wheeler Peak and return-travel phase with only four of seven nights observed. Total sleep averaged 8.67 hours and Duration Score 84.0, yet Overall Score averaged 50.3, Recovery Score 52.8, resting heart rate 70.0 bpm, and Sleep Stress 27.7. The post-Wheeler night showed 8.85 hours of sleep but a Recovery Score of 12. Sleepgenic classifies Week 11 as the accumulated-load trough under incomplete coverage, with early recovery appearing late in the week.

Week 11 extends the duration–recovery divergence into the Wheeler Peak and return-travel phase, but with an important limitation: only four of seven nights were recorded. July 7, July 8, and July 10 are unobserved because the Garmin was not worn.

Across the four observed nights, total sleep averaged 8.67 hours and Duration Score 84.0. Overall Score nevertheless averaged 50.3, Recovery Score 52.8, resting heart rate 70.0 bpm, and Sleep Stress 27.7. REM averaged 0.81 hours, matching baseline in absolute time but occurring inside much longer sleep windows.

The post-Wheeler record on July 5 showed the week's deepest split: 8.85 hours of sleep and Duration Score 100, but Overall Score 42, Recovery Score 12, resting heart rate 77 bpm, and Sleep Stress 44.9. That is recovery demand without completed physiological recovery.

By July 9, the pattern began to ease. Total sleep reached 11.05 hours, REM reached 2.10 hours, and Overall Score improved to 69. Resting heart rate remained elevated at 68 bpm, indicating that the rebound had started but was not complete.

Sleepgenic classifies Week 11 as the accumulated-load trough under incomplete coverage. The observed nights support continued strain following the third summit and extended travel. Because three nights are missing, the weekly averages describe the observed subset and must not be treated as a complete seven-night estimate.
